There are various ways to provide customer support on Telegram, the most popular ways being creating a Telegram ticket bot. This post will explain how to create a Telegram ticket bot in under 5 minutes.

The simplest way to add a professional ticket system to telegram is to user Mava. Mava is a powerful customer support tool that integrations natively with platforms such as Telegram, Discord, your website and email.
Getting Mava to work with your Telegram is a simple process that won’t take more than 5 minutes.
1.1 Before we get started, you’ll need to create a free Mava account here.
Once you’ve created your account head over to the integrations page to connect your Telegram account to Mava.
2.1 Open the BotFather tool and within Telegram press the Start button under the welcome message.
(What’s ‘BotFather’? BotFather is Telegram’s own bot that is used to install new bots and manage existing bots)
2.2 After hitting the Start button, you will see the message below. Click /newbot and choose a name for the bot.
2.3 Now you need to name your bot. Think of your name and type it as a message. Pssst. "MavaExplainer" is just an example 🤓, come up with your own.
2.4 Now you need to choose a username for your bot. This will be visible to your end users and should be something clear, for example:
[your organization’s name]_TicketBot
Nice job, your bot has been created 😎
3.1 Within Telegram you need to copy the HTTP API token (hidden behind the green box below).
3.2 After completing Step 3.1, paste your unique HTTP API token that you copied from Telegram into the ‘Verify your token’ field on the Mava dashboard.
4.1 Within Mava, open the Chatbot builder section within Mava and create a chatbot to send a welcome message to users, send auto-replies, add buttons and also use Mava’s powerful AI.
5.1 If you want AI to help answer your private tickets within Mava you can upload websites, GitBooks, Google Docs and other relevant support content to train Mava AI instantly.
6.1 Within the Telegram ‘BotFather’ chat, type /mybots
6.2 Press Bot Settings > Group Admin Rights
6.3 Finally press the Manage chat button, you should see a tick.
Hint: under ‘Edit Bot’ within settings you can add a logo for your bot, a description and other useful information for you users.
7.1 Go into the Telegram group where you want users to be able to create a support ticket and add your bot as a group member (Your bot will be called something else!)
7.2 After you bot is added to the group we suggest adding it to your bio page. You need to add the full Telegram link here ‘t.me/[your bot name]’ as per the below screenshot. You can find this link within your ‘BotFather’ Telegram channel.
7.3 Now it’s time to add a logo to your bot & update it’s bio information. Within the BotFather Telegram channel type /mybots then press the Edit Bot button. Here you can add information about your bot and update the logo.
