While some advanced features are exclusive to paid plans, you can still explore and preview most features on the free plan (though activation is limited to paid tiers).
There is no limit to the number of users you can add on any plan. Our pricing is based on the volume of support requests—not the number of team members. This means your entire team can access Mava for one flat rate, with no extra cost for adding team members. Plus, AI capabilities are included in all plans at no additional charge.
Rest assured, your Mava account will remain active and users can continue to open tickets. If your support volume exceeds the support request limit, new tickets will be hidden until you’ve upgraded your plan and the public AI bot will stop working.
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to fit your needs. If you prefer more flexibility, consider our annual plan. With an annual plan, you'll receive your total annual usage limit upfront, giving you the freedom to use it as needed throughout the year.
